We have a new ministry called: BLESSINGS IN A BAG.
We are asking for donations to make bags. These bags will be taken to Portland, the Clothes Closet, and we will have some at church for those that need one.
Please bring any donations to church or pick something from the Amazon wishlist, the QR code above will take you directly to the site.
PLEASE DO NOT SHIP DIRECTLY TO THE CHURCH.
We are hoping to collect enough items to make our first 150 bags.
There will be a box for donations where is visible in the lobby near the secretary's office.
People can purchase donations anywhere, they don’t just have to be from Amazon.
Any donation would be greatly appreciated.
Upcoming Baptismal Services
The next Baptismal services be on Sunday, June 28 and Wednesday, July 1. Please come at 10:30 on Sunday and 6:00 PM on Wednesday for a short Bible study with the Pastor baptizing so that you will be able to be baptized. Please let us know if you would like to be baptized by signing up or contacting the church office so we can have a certificate ready for you. We are so excited to help you take your next step in your journey with the Lord!
USS LAGARTO, the Lost Sub
Our guest, Bob Lewis will be showing a documentary of the WWII Navy submarine LAGARTO, sunk by the Japanese in 1945, with 86 men on board. Bob's own father was one of those men.
Lost for 60 years, the LAGARTO was found in 2005 in the Gulf of Thailand, intact and sitting upright under 225 feet of water.
We will see the building of this submarine, interviews with the crew's surviving family members, and the deep-sea expedition that led to its discovery.

On Friday, June 26, at 6:30 PM we have the privilege of hosting Austin Loy. Come and enjoy come of the classic hymns and gospel songs of the Church we just don't sing anymore! Come and be prepared to sing your heart out unto Jesus!
Impromptu Women's Crafting Session
Hello, Ladies!
We have a wonderful opportunity for crafting and fellowship this coming Saturday from 12:00-2:00 PM in the Fellowship Hall!
Crystal Thompson will be hosting a jewelry-making event called "Pearls of Hope." She will provide supplies for creating jewelry that will be sold to support her charity. As a special thank-you for participating, you will also have the opportunity to make a piece of jewelry to take home for yourself.
Please note that food will not be provided, so feel free to bring your own lunch or a snack.
We hope that you will join us for an afternoon of creativity, fellowship, and supporting a great cause!
Red Cross Blood Drive Coming!
We will be having our third Red Cross Blood Drive on Tuesday, July 7, from Noon to 5:00 PM. We will need assistance with security, handing out snacks, registration, setup, and cleanup. We also would like your help getting the word out. This will be our most ambitious goal they set for us to date: 31 units. When you see the event on our Facebook page, please share it. More that that if you have donated blood in the past, please sign up for this drive. If you have never donated blood, and think that you may be a candidate, sign up for this drive. We take all blood types. Every two seconds someone in America- needs blood, from trauma victims to cancer patients, mothers giving birth to premature babies and so many more. Please help us meet this ambitious goal and donate.
Next Men's Breakfast is coming!
Gentlemen, the next men's breakfast will take place in the Fellowship Hall on Saturday, August 1, at 9:00. There will be food, fellowship, fun, and of course the Word of God. Please register either with the QR code or the button below, so that we know how much food to prepare. God has called us to be Godly men of integrity, so let's encourage one another together on this day.

Join us for a visit to the full-size NOAH’S ARK in Kentucky, where the pages of the Bible come to life. We will tour 3 decks of exhibits inside the massive structure.
Lunch can be in their on-site restaurant with full buffet lunch, or one of the quick-service food stands on the property.
Time: 8:00 AM
Cost: $72 plus lunch
